- Remote support of users: in specific scenarios, contacting the customer and leading phone-based support.
- Track and Report Errors: Log all errors, analyze patterns, and identify repeatable scenarios for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with R&D: Share error insights with the R&D team to improve the robot's performance and resolve underlying issues.
- Develop Auxiliary Functionalities: During non-busy intervals, contribute to developing features and capabilities to enhance robot performance.
- Perform On-Site Visits: Occasionally travel to deployment locations to address complex issues or validate performance.
Job requirements:
- Basic understanding of robotics systems and their functionalities.
- Programming skills in Python and C++, knowledge of ROS is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently under time pressure and respond quickly to unexpected issues.
- Interest in learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
- Fluency in Polish and English (at least B2 level).
Our offer:
- A hands-on learning environment with exposure to cutting-edge robotics technologies.
- A clear career path with the potential to transition to remote work or R&D positions in a longer perspective.
- Opportunities to collaborate with a skilled R&D team.
- Possibility to combine education and work.
- A chance to contribute to the future of autonomous systems.
