United Robots is a start-up robotic designer and manufacturer which aims to revolutionize industrial space maintenance with its mobile robots. We’ve reinvented, designed and built autonomous
intelligent robots conceived for vast storage area operators i.e., supermarkets, warehouses, sorting offices or public spaces such as hospitals, care homes, office buildings and airports. Our products are a working example of expertise in mobile localization, machine learning and computer vision which convert machines into intelligent AI devices
capable of working without human supervision.
As our sales orders and client pipeline grow, we seek a professional to join our team and build a competitive edge by ensuring comprehensive and friendly after-sales service, focusing at the beginning on the first launch of our robots. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, have a knack for fostering customer loyalty and know how to manage efficiently cross-team processes, we want to hear from you!
Your responsibilities:
- Defining the deployment process standards: determining the stages, people involved and responsibilities, tasks, document templates, key performance indicators, etc., and then improving it,
- Building positive customer experience and improving customer satisfaction level: maintaining contact with customers, ensuring the efficient flow of information, collecting opinions and suggestions, measuring the satisfaction level and building long-term business relationships,
- Training (new) technicians on the deployment process standards, tools and documentation to keep the same high standards,
- Planning and coordination of deployments: responsibility for developing the schedule, allocating the necessary resources, logistics of trips, monitoring work progress and reacting in the event of problems
- Managing the operational information flow between the deployment & service team and sales, production and R&D functions
- Support the product development by delivering analysis of problems occurring during deployments,
- KPI reporting: systematically collecting information about deployment effectiveness and reporting it.
Job requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experience in the area of customer care and building positive customer experience in after-sales service of mechatronic devices,
- Min. 3 years of experience in project management, including knowledge of PM tools and best practices,
- English proficiency (min. B2, both written and spoken),
- Practical knowledge of building processes from scratch and its continuous improvements,
- Highly organised with a hands-on approach, proactivity and quick responsiveness to issues,
- Interpersonal skills and friendliness enabling effective cooperation with diverse internal teams and customers at different hierarchical levels,
- Desire to gain a deep knowledge of the products and processes of UR,
- Technical or engineering background (better understanding of the product and the technical specificity of the implementation process) will be an advantage.
